So here are my monthly goals.
1) Get down to 155 by the end of the month. By Christmas would be even better. And totally be an awesome present to myself.
2) Have some form of exercise every day. I don’t often work out as much as i should. I run well it’s more of a fast walk, two to four days out of the week. Even if its just doing little things like sit ups when I’m watching a show or taking a walk, it is better than nothing.
3) Eat healthier. I really have not been eating very well at all and most of the time it triggers me.
